Go and get yourself a raise by BECOMING a high yield asset. Fill out the self evaluation sheet below and make sure you are totally honest with yourself. If you are not then you can start with the honesty section as an area for improvement. :) Once you have identified a few areas you can work on to be a better asset, then go to the section and get started in the learning and development process of that area. You should regularly come back to this evaluation and take it again. Then move to the next area. There is an amazing amount of potential as we begin to see things we may not have seen before. GO GET IT!
